RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Convert targets in Kiswe’s sales funnel into commercial successes.

  • Build out the sales funnel with new customers.

  • Set sales strategy and drive execution. Execute on country and region strategy. Decide on sales agent, reseller, or direct strategy.

  • Interface with product and marketing teams to support pre-sales activities.

  • Interface with operations and post-sales teams to assure positive customer relationships.

  • Develop upscope sales strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 10+ years experience selling into the broadcast media industry.

  • Strong background in sales for startup businesses.

  • Deep understanding of the sports and media industries, with preference towards candidates who have successfully grown product or service businesses in these industries.

Kiswe would like to add a full stack developer to its CloudCast team in Hasselt, Belgium. RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

  • We are looking for a passionate developer to contribute to our product innovation ànd participate our development practice and process.

  • You are proficient in HTML, CSS and javascript and have experience with common javascript libraries and at least one framework (VueJS/React). We are currently mainly using Vue, so any relevant working experience with it is a big plus.

  • You will also share responsibility over the complete lifecycle of the application (design, implementation, testing, deployment, ...) run through our agile development process.

  • This requires some good experience in package managers, unit test frameworks, frontend test systems and deployment tools.

  • In addition we deploy everything in the cloud where we use Amazon (EC2) and Google (Firebase).

  • New product features not only require UI work, but also integrations with cloud services, video backends or external components. We expect good networking expertise and unix knowledge. Our company is all about video, so a general knowledge about video, codecs, video production tools helps a lot.

  • Our main backend systems are created with Python and Java, you should have experience with at least one of these. Python is a big plus.

  • You are used to work in an agile environment with sprints, and to correctly report your work in a system like Jira.

  • Proficient in English. Dutch is a plus.
