Head of Kiswe Sales APAC

Kiswe Mobile has launched a cloud-based broadcast production service called “CloudCast”. Kiswe has secured big brand customers and market validation, and is preparing to rapidly scale the service. Kiswe seeks candidates who successfully sell production services to broadcast networks and distributors, and are ready to transform how the commercial market produces live video content for TV and digital streams.

Kiswe would like to add a sales professional for the Asia Pacific region. They would have a proven and successful track record in selling solutions in the sports, entertainment and media industry across the region. A high profile relations network, experience with live streaming solutions and an understanding of broadcast & digital production workflows are a must. The successful candidate will be a motivated professional, with an ability to work and collaborate in a dynamic, international environment. The role preferably is based in Singapore or Hong Kong.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Convert targets in Kiswe’s sales funnel into commercial successes.

  • Build out the sales funnel with new customers.

  • Set sales strategy and drive execution. Execute on region and country strategy. Decide on sales agent, reseller, or direct strategy.

  • Interface with product and marketing teams to support pre-sales activities.

  • Interface with operations and post-sales teams to assure positive customer relationships.

  • Develop upscope sales strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 10+ years experience selling into the broadcast media industry.

  • Strong background in sales for startup businesses.

  • Deep understanding of the sports and media industries, with preference towards candidates who have successfully grown product or service businesses in these industries.

  • Contract development and management proficiency.

  • Strong reputation and network with key decision makers in sports and broadcast industries.

  • A passion for sports, gaming, content, and media 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Travel for conferences, trade shows, and events

  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
