Kiswe would like to add a Marketing Manager with strong digital marketing experience and has strong insights into consumer-facing mobile apps to drive our overall marketing strategies and user acquisition efforts. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will go beyond a digital focus and support growing Kiswe’s brand and formulate strategic partnerships for the company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record with market insights, strategy, planning, execution and the ability to think outside of the box.

Work with the CMO to develop and execute the brand strategy to showcase the innovations and technologies that drive success for Kiswe’s clients
Proactively recommend marketing and acquisition strategies for Kiswe’s consumer product and execute digital marketing campaigns
Track and analyze data like targeting, acquisition, conversion, and retention to drive improvements towards achieving KPI’s
Plan, execute, and optimize all advertising spend. Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
Manage the Kiswe brand and assets to increase brand equity and raise awareness
Oversee the social media strategy, execution, and monitor social conversations for the brand and Kiswe products
Work with the sales team to formulate the B2B marketing strategy and create sales collateral to support their efforts
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
4+ years’ experience working in consumer digital marketing or advertising
Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem solving skills and analytical mindset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Expert in social communication and working with digital platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.
Familiarity with image and video creation platforms such as Photoshop and iMovie a plus
Familiarity with web publishing tools such as WordPress, Wix, or SquareSpace a plus
