Senior Product Marketing Manager, Mobile Apps
Hangtime is an interactive consumer app, built by Kiswe Mobile, that intersects the worlds of mobile gaming, social media, and video streaming. Hangtime creates a mobile digital living room experience where people can build social communities while interacting with video. We are aggressively developing and deploying the Hangtime platform, and are building a world-class team to deliver a one-of-a-kind social-video experience. Kiswe is looking for candidates with a strong user acquisition and consumer app marketing background who can help optimize the product-market fit and commercial growth of Hangtime.
Conduct deep audience research to ensure exceptional product-market fit.
Survey the market and deeply study competitor apps which combine social viewing and digital content.
Partner with Creative Team to drive a branding strategy that captures the identity of Hangtime and authentically speaks to our targeted user community.
Be a thought leader and champion for the consumer, utilizing quantitative and qualitative insights to drive product positioning and launch strategy.
Partner with the Product Team and influence product strategy to drive social sharing and viral growth.
Develop integrated global marketing and advertising programs to drive consumer awareness and aggressive adoption of Hangtime.
Drive strategy and execution plans for retention campaigns in partnership with the Analytics and Product teams.
Determine user Lifetime Value (LTV) and customer acquisition costs to scale profitably
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
5+ years of experience launching & scaling mobile apps, and activating and building consumer brands
Experience partnering with product teams to identify and bring to market solutions, including representing market requirements with cross-functional partners to drive product launch strategies and ongoing life cycle/engagement marketing
Experience developing marketing strategies and translating those strategies into plans
Ability to optimize high-impact digital user acquisition campaigns across growth channels including Facebook, Google Ads, Search Ads, app store optimization, and programmatic ad networks
Experience building targeted community and regional campaigns using traditional and digital marketing platforms
Experience with 3rd party mobile attribution tools and understanding of best practices managing fraud with tools/partners
Deep understanding of the millennial and gen Z demographic and their preference in using mobile apps
Strong background in entrepreneurial and start-up work
Balance of creative and analytical thinking, putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-driven project framework
